This Privacy Policy is published by EVELIT ("we", "us", "our"), the registered business that operates the brand TRYB and the website jointryb.in. We collect only what we need to run TRYB:

• Details you give us — your name, email address, phone number, and the answers you provide in our personality and preference questionnaire (interests, availability, location, lifestyle preferences, and similar).
• Experience information — the invitations you accept, attendance, and the feedback you share after an experience.
• Technical information — basic, standard information such as device and browser type and how you use the site, used to keep it working and improve it. We use browser storage (localStorage) to save your progress in the form; we do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2.How we use your information

We use your information for the sole purpose of providing our services to you, including to:

• understand your personality, interests, and preferences so we can match you well;
• curate and send you relevant experience invitations;
• organise and host the experiences you choose to attend;
• keep our community safe and verify members;
• respond to your questions and improve TRYB over time.

3.We do not sell or share your data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your personal data to any third party for their own purposes. Your data stays with us and is used only to provide TRYB services to you.

The only limited exceptions are:

• Service providers who help us operate (for example, secure hosting or a form/ spreadsheet tool), who may process data strictly on our instructions and only to the extent needed to provide their service to us;
• Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by law, a court, or a lawful government request.

These are not sales or trades of your data, and such providers are not permitted to use your data for their own marketing.
