Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to TRYB, a brand operated by EVELIT. Please read it before confirming any payment.

1.No refunds

Any fee you pay to join TRYB or to reserve a place at an experience is final and non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged for money, whether or not you attend the experience.

2.Missed or cancelled attendance

If you are unable to attend an experience after confirming your spot, your payment remains non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in your plans.

3.Changes by us

Experiences depend on hosts, venues, and group availability. In the rare event that we cancel an experience entirely and no alternative is offered, we will contact you at the email you provided to discuss the options available at our discretion.
